If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used toys, grooming products, or opened pet treats (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Sale items marked "Final Sale"

How to Request a Return

3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days
